Thank You for Visiting! My typical new client finds me after trying everything else to reduce pain, stress and tension. They are still hopeful and ready to try something new. With a highly developed sense of intuition and over 16 years of bodywork experience, I'm able to help clients of all ages improve their overall health and wellbeing through a variety of techniques which may include: science-backed, gentle CranioSacral Therapy; fascia release; SomatoEmotional Release; energy work; sound healing and chanting. Every session begins with the intent to serve only the highest good. Read more about my personal story with CranioSacral Therapy here.
